Easement Program

The Preservation Trust of Vermont holds historic preservation easements on over 90 properties around the state of Vermont. Among these are 87 historic buildings, two archaelogical sites, and two structures.

A number of these easements are soley held by the Preservation Trust, but the majority of them are co-held with the Vermont Housing and Conservation Board.
