Montpelier is Vermont's State Capitol and one of 18 Designated Downtowns.
Downtown is alive with a healthy mix of locally owned retail businesses,
offices, and restaurants that coexist with a 60,000 square foot Wal-Mart located
five miles away in a small shopping mall.
